In the early morning on 27 April, activist Azat Ibraev discovered that his Telegram account had been broken into and then deleted. Azat is a regional representative of the people’s movement “Keshe partiyasi”. Aside from that, Azat was the administrator of the “Keshe partiyasi” chatroom. The incident was reported by Humanrights Mvmnt organization.
