The blogger’s sentences has been enacted by the Court of Military appeals in Vlasikha- 5 years and two months of the general regime penal colony. He was found guilty of public justification of terrorism on the internet. After his arrest in October 2019, Ivan was beaten up and tortured. In 2017, Lubshin was a defendant in two cases- inciting hatred or enmity and distribution of pornography.
