On 12 August, in Ashgabat, a policeman attacked journalist Soltan Achilova, who was filming a school fair. When policeman noticed that journalist is taking pictures, he ran to her, grabbed her hand and threatened to take her to the police station. "What are you filming? It’s forbidden! Are you against public policy?!" - shouted policeman. The journalist managed to escape from the fair.
