On May 11, citizen Nelli Mikaelyan filed a lawsuit against Anna Gevorkyan, director of the news site Aykakan jam, and editor-in-chief Gayane Manukyan, demanding a public apology for libel, a retraction, and a fine of each of 2 million drams ($4,165) as restitution. The reason for the lawsuit was a number of articles and attached photographs published on the site Hzham.am, aimed at discreditation of supporters of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
