Journalist Rafael Huseynzade was attacked and beaten by unknown people. He immediately filed a complaint with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the police. However, no immediate steps were taken in relation to his complaint. The journalist said that he was previously subjected to police violence. According to him, he was beaten because of the disclosure of the treatment he received in the police office.
