Operatives for Kaliningrad’s Centre for Combatting Extremism accused blogger Nikolai Gorelov of rehabilitating Nazism and insulting the feelings of believers for pictures he posted on his blog. When the Investigative Committee refused to open the case due to statutes of limitation, the operatives found a text with fictitious monologues about Stalin and the Red Army - in the end, there was a criminal case on the rehabilitation of Nazism (Part 3 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code).
