The Presnensky court in Moscow arrested 21-year old video blogger, student and candidate to the Moscow City Duma Yegor Zhukov for mass disorder in Moscow at a rally on July 27. Judge Aleksandra Avdotyina granted the investigator's request and sent him to a pre-trial detention centre for two months.
