A judge for the Presnensky District Court Irina Zubova fined journalists’ union representative and activist Igor Yasin 20,000 roubles. Yasin was found guilty under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code on Administrative Offences (violating rules on protests) after unfurling a rainbow flag at a march in memory of Stanislav Markelov and Anastasia Baburova on January 19.
