Igor Tuzov, an employee of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) in Karelia, threatened MediaZona correspondent Alla Konstantinova, who wrote an article about torture in Corrective Colony No.9 in Petrozavodsk. Igor Tuzov wrote to Konstantinova on VK on October 28. The journalist asked him about the colony, to which Tuzov replied that he did not work there. He asked her to clarify the information, "or we will come to you to ask questions". Asked what he meant, Tuzov wrote: "People in black."
