Journalist Elena Evstratova, as part of an editorial assignment, came to a cadet corps where the governor of Rostov Oblast Golubev had arrived to congratulate high school students on their graduation. The correspondent could not get inside, as the guard refused to let her through. The guard used physical force on Evstratova and took her mobile phone, with which she was filming.
