The journalist Islam Nukhanov was illegally detained till 27 November. Islam’s father was summoned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Grozny and shown his beaten son, who was tortured in the basements of the building not by Chechen police, but by the residents of an elite village of high-ranking Chechen officials.
