Journalist Elena Gulshina was walking down the street and saw road workers paving a street in the rain. She began to film the incident on her phone. Introducing herself to one of the workers, she asked whether it was right to put asphalt down in the rain. However, before she could fully ask her question, she was attacked by a worker who jumped at her and tried to snatch the phone from her hands.
