Additional information:

Sergei Kagermazov, a journalist for Echo of Moscow in St. Petersburg, was injured during municipal elections in the city. He noticed the chairman of the Territorial Electoral Commission Vyacheslav Subbotin at one of the exits, and tried to talk to him, but he headed back into the building. Soon after, another man ran out of the same exit, hit Kagermazov in the stomach and slammed the door.
