Resurrection City Court arrested Kholkin for five days. He was charged with incitement to hatred or enmity for video calling for participation in an anti-fascist rally. Kholkin was tagged in the video, however he was not the one who published it. On 20 August, the Moscow Regional Court dismissed the appeal against the arrest.
