The traffic police detained the freelance journalist after filming the trial of the blogger Maxim Filippovich. For refusing to follow them, the journalist was handcuffed to a tree. Then he was taken to the police station where a protocol was drawn up on him. As a result, Zhukovski was fined under two administrative articles and deprived of his driver's license for a year.
