The blogger from Uralsk was arrested for three days under the article of the Administrative Code for “petty hooliganism”. An administrative warrant for an offense was issued on the basis of a journalist. D. Duysekenova, who accused Aslan Sagutdinova of expressing herself with obscene curses in the presence of many people. The blogger’s lawyer asked the court, in making the decision, to take into account that on February 24, during a peaceful rally on a square in Uralsk, Duysekenova had herself persistently asked questions of Sagutdinov, following after him, and demanding explanations for a film he made during a civil proceeding in court.
