A criminal case was brought against civil activist Roman Reyhert, accusing him of organising and taking part in “activities of a civil or religious association, or other organisation, after the court’s decision to ban their activities or liquidate their links to extremism and terrorism”. On the 31st of March police carried out a search in his house. They used force against him and his partner for Roman’s intention to get dressed. During the search, the phone of his wife and a deflated balloon were confiscated. After the search Roman and his wife were taken for interrogation.
