Blogger Otabek Nuritdinov was attacked on 18 February. He was attacked by shop owners for posting about alcohol sale near Khalid ibn al-Valid mosque in Andijan region. Otabek’s lip was split and he was seriously beaten up. The injuries were so serious that doctors had to put five stitches on his lip and one on his face.
