Gulyaga Gangarov (Tenkha), a businessman known as a philanthropist, filed a civil suit against three media outlets. Tenkha launched a legal battle, aiming to protect his business credibility, against the website "arqument.az" and its editor-in-chief, well-known journalist Shamshad Agay, and the news sites "az24saat.org" and "azerinfo.az". The aforementioned publications published several articles about Gulyaga Gangarov in 2016-17. Gangarov demanded from the three publications a total of 100,000 manats compensation. The lawsuit was accepted, but during the trial, Ganbarov withdrew the lawsuit against the arqument.az website.
