Ilgar Magerramov, head of the department of irrigation systems of Goygol, filed a civil lawsuit against the news portal "demokratik.az". One-time employee of the official state newspaper "Azerbaijan" Ahmed Isayev also filed a civil lawsuit against the site. The site and its editor Osman Rzayev are demanded to pay 20,000 manats compensation. The Goygol district court ordered the journalist and the website to pay 2000 manats in compensation.
