The owner of the company "Lombard N:1", Malahat Gurbanova, sued the editor-in-chief of the website "criminal.az", Anar Mamedov, with a special charge. The special prosecutor was dissatisfied with an article on the criminal.az website about a dispute with the former Minister of Labour and Social Protection. It was requested to punish the journalist under Articles 147 (defamation) and 148 (insult) of the Criminal Code.
