On 28th February, Baku administrative-economic court no. 1 continued preparing for the tax ministry's lawsuit against Khadija Ismail, who allegedly owes a total of 63,138 manats. The trial is scheduled for March 14. Ismail was accused of evading a budget of 45 billion 145 manats from July 2008 to October 2010, when he was the head of the Radio Liberty Baku bureau. She was also charged with stealing a total of 17,992 manats.
