The Baku court of appeal held two relatives of the blogger and emigre Ordukhan Teimirkhan - a known critic of Azerbaijanin authorities - under arrest. Human rights advocates and lawyers for the detained are sure that the arrest of Teimurkhan's brother (Khanlar Dadashev) and nephew (Sabukhi Zeinalov) was intended to force him to stop his public activities.
