Roskomnadzor issued an official warning to Echo of Moscow in Pskov and Pskov News Feed for releasing the words in a column and on the radio of Svetlana Prokopyeva, who discussed the reason for 17-year-old Mikhail Zhlobitsky blowing himself up in an FSB building in Arkhangelsk Oblast on October 31, 2018. The column and transcript have been deleted.
