In Kirov, a journalist from the news site gorodkirov.ru was attacked by hooligans in the Fileyka neighbourhood. The journalist and her sister decided to take a picture of the old ski jumping hill. As soon as they started taking photos, they heard the whistle of bullets. The women assumed they were rubber bullets.
