On November 22, 2017, the Sovetskiy District Court in Krasnodar ordered Kudinov pay a fine of 2500 roubles after reviewing another case concerning Article 20.3 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses (public display of Nazi symbols) in connection with publishing a video entitled "Who isn’t attracted to the swastika".
