In Kaliningrad, a group of intellectuals began to harass “Newsbalt” journalist Andrei Vypolzov on social media, who had published a letter from a student at the Baltic Federal University. The letter said that in the university some teachers promote "ideas of independence of the Kaliningrad region from Moscow." The letter was called a "denunciation" and the journalist was called "filth", "idiot" and "scumbag".
