The head of Alapayevsk (Sverdlovsk Oblast) Stanislav Shangin signed a notice of dismissal to the editor and founder of the "Alapayevskaya gazeta" Nina Perevoschikova. The reason for the dismissal is that Perevoschikova, who is also an MP, was inconvenient as editor for Shangin.
