The judge of the October District Court in Saratov Alexey Belov sentenced the 20-year-old Ukrainian blogger Alexander Gozenko to 160 hours of mandatory work, declaring him guilty of "degrading human dignity on grounds of the Russian ethnicity and a group of people referred to as vata/vatnik." Until the sentence comes into force, the convict remains under house arrest.
