The Moskovskiy District Court in Nizhny Novgorod arrested Albert Gyurdjian, a resident of the village of Yudanovsky, for two months, after he called for the murder of judge Roman Yartsev online. Gyurdjian was accused of committing acts aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating a person on the grounds of belonging to a certain social group (Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code).
