Additional information:
The Leninsky District Court of Tambov fined "Open Russia" correspondent Stanislav Savonchik 1500 roubles for petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code on Administrative Offenses). He was accused of "loud noise, waving hands and swearing in front of the regional leadership, while not reacting to the repeated comments of the police". That day he was in the centre of the city and asked the vice-governor Oleg Ivanov why passers-by with T-shirts bearing the inscription “Navalny 2018” were arrested without reason. Instead of answering the question, Savonchik was detained by two unidentified men in plain clothes, and taken to the police department.
