Security guards refused to admit journalists of the Begemot and Our Pavlograd news agencies to the session of the Pavlograd City Council. The security guard could not present any orders or normative documents stating that journalists are not allowed to the plenary session. Eduard Stanko, the editor of the Nash Pavlograd website, called the police and filed a report about illegal impediments to journalistic activities.
