The journalist faced harassment and threats on Facebook after publication of his own research on the content of several Telegram channels. “After the publication of the research, there was an attack on my Facebook page from real and fake users. These commentators deluged me for a day with obscenities and threatened to find me and punish me for such research. Parallel to the personal messages I received threats and curses which were aimed at getting me to stop writing about topics related to the deep war of Russia against Ukraine,” noted Velichko.
