Before starting the court session, a journalist from “Epress.am” asked for permission to film, and none of the parties objected, but Judge Arthur Adamyan decided to allow filming only the first five minutes without any justification. After the session was over, the journalist asked the judge to explain on what basis that decision was made. Adamyan angrily said that he is constrained when the “camera is directed on him”. The judge urged the journalist from “Epress.am” to cover the court session “neutrally”.
