At the polling station 14/20 in Etchmiadzin, authorities tried to impede the professional activity of Grisha Balasanyan, a journalist from “Hetq”. When crowds gathered at the polling station, the journalist noticed one of the military unit commanders direct soldiers, and when he started to film the Chairperson of the commission Grigor Nazaryan demanded to stop, saying that the journalist had no right to videotape.
