On August 12, Arusyak Mkrtchyan filed a lawsuit to the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against the newspaper "Zhoghovurd", seeking the retraction of allegedly defamatory statements and compensation for the damage caused. On August 16, the case was accepted for court proceedings.
