On April 5, Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court held the first hearing of a case brought by Gagik Gevorgyan against Gagik Makaryan, the President of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia and the "H3" TV company. The plaintiff sought a refutation of allegedly slanderous statements and compensation of AMD 2 million.
