In Moscow, Pyotr Verzilov, dressed as a policeman, walked around the capital until being detained. "Officers of the Russian Interior Ministry’s police in the Basmanny District identified and detained a citizen for illegally wearing the uniform of a police officer, as well as violating self-isolation rules," the Interior Ministry said on April 17 in Moscow.
