On the 25th of September a camera crew from the television channel of Adjaria's public broadcaster was detained by Turkish customs police at the Turkish-Georgian border in Sarpi, while filming the work of the customs post. Turkish customs police tried to confiscate the equipment of cameraman Andira Kachibaia and the accreditation of journalist Dzheni Kvantaliani. The television's management called for Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Turkish consulate to investigate the incident.
