Representatives of the Institute of Media Policy appealed the ruling of the Inter-District court of Bishkek on banning the TV channel April (founded by LLC "April TV") from broadcasting on air. Earlier on November 21st, the permit was received. But the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic filed a lawsuit to invalidate Digital Technologies LLC's records regarding allowing the channel to broadcast and the maintenance contract between April TV and Digital Technologies LLC.
