Bailiffs came to the building of the TV channel NTS after 5pm on December 19th. They presented the TV channel's employees with a ruling from the Bishkek inter-district court on the seizure of all the company's movable and immovable property. The court made this decision on the basis of a claim from the company "Grexton Capital Ltd" against the company "Ayant", which previously owned the TV channel.
