The Telegram and Instagram accounts of the independent publication “Pskov Gubernia” were broken into and deleted. The Instagram account cannot now be restored. The Editor-in-chief of “Pskov Gubernia” Denis Kamalyagin suspects that the perpetrators gained access to the two Telegram channels through a duplicate SIM card. The reason for the break-in, was, in his opinion, “a nervous reaction of the authorities to any negativity during the era of coronavirus”.
