60-year-old media actvist Elena Urlaeva has been undergoing compulsory treatment since 1st March in the 1st Tashkent Clinical Psychiatric Hospital. This happened on the eve of a planned meeting with representatives of the World Bank on the issue of forced labour in Uzbekistan.
