Following a Federal News Agency report, 'Vesti', a programme on state-owned television channel 'Russia-24', dedicated an entire storyline to a publication by Sologub about the problems for drug users during quarantine. According to the channel, this material, as well as the initiatives of the Andrei Rylkov Fund, which aims to humanise the politics of drugs, are “paid for” by “Soros’ slush fund”. Federal News Agency decided to temporarily restrict access to their website.
