Mukina, chairman of the board of the non-profit public company Centre for Support of Civil Initiatives (CSCI), appealed to the court with a demand to prosecute Sergei Molchanov, the director of a public foundation. The reason was Facebook posts published in May-June 2019 in which Molchanov was critical of the transparency and effectiveness of the distribution of the CSCI's budget funds.
