On January 29th, the photographer's claim was partially satisfied: the owner of the news agency was ordered to pay 700 monthly notional units (1 million 767 thousand 500 tenge) in favour of the plaintiff as compensation for violation of non-property copyright, as well as to restore the infringed copyright by publishing the author's name in the articles next to the photographs used in the articles.
