"I was unable to travel to Kyrgyzstan on August 16th to attend a seminar. We flew to Almaty, where we took a bus and went to Kyrgyzstan. Suddenly, at the Kordai border post I was turned around, saying that I, it turns out, am banned from travelling. My comrades went on, and I returned to Almaty, and then to Uralsk," Lukpan Akhmedyarov said.
