On July 13th, the Satpayev City Court ordered the detainment of the editor of the website "Parasat KZ", and the journalists Berik Zhagiparov and Askar Koshanov for 5 days under Article 434, part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on "petty hooliganism".
