The director of the Centre for adaptation of minors (CAM), Elmira Kadimova, appealed to the court with a claim relating to posts by Abdirova and Klimonova on the social network Facebook (19th May, 1st June, 27th June, 9th August 2016 and 15th February 2017), which discussed suicide attempts, syphilis and corruption in the CAM public institution. On June 20th, Judge E. Bakytzhan found Alima Abdirova and Olga Klimonova not guilty of the crime under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
