Additional information:

On 5 January, the interim administrator of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC, Romanos Petrosyan, filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against opposition political figure Edgar Kazaryan and the editor-in-chief of the online broadcaster Antifake TV, Astghik Matevosyan, seeking a retraction of information deemed defamatory, an apology for the insult, and monetary compensation. The grounds for the lawsuit were statements made by Edgar Kazaryan about Romanos Petrosyan in the episode “Kazaryan VS Kazaryan: No. 125 – Interview with Romanos Petrosyan” dated 2 December 2025. In particular, among other things, the following idea was voiced: “A goal has been set to sell ENA cheaply to the Turks, and it is being carried out by Romanos… when the Turks become the owners and you are removed from your post, your wife will become the director…” The case is currently under consideration.
